Phyllo Friday: A Recipe Round-Up

You know that saying, “When it rains, it pours?” That pretty much sums up my week to a tee.

Between waking up to a car that wouldn’t start on Tuesday to having to take our newly-adopted stray cat Sophie to the vet twice this week — not to mention burning the midnight oil putting out fire after fire at my “real” job and fighting with our Internet provider when our home service kept crashing — I don’t think I’ve ever been more happy to see a long week come to an end.

TGIF, my friends!

So, how does my crazy week affect you? Well, instead of sharing a fabulous recipe I made for you, I’m sharing a bunch of fabulous recipes made by other equally fabulous folks … all focuing on — yes, you guessed it — phyllo dough. I told you I was kind of obsessed with it.

There are truly so many things you can do with phyllo dough, and I think these are some shining examples.
