That’s the cover of the September issue of FEAST Magazine.
Now, see this?
That’s me … listed as a contributing writer.
Yeah, I still can’t believe it either. Seriously, someone pinch me now.
I’m truly honored to have been included in FEAST’s Go, Gadget, Go! article, which features myself and four other local St. Louis food bloggers talking about — and providing recipes for — our favorite kitchen gadgets.
My gadget of choice? The pressure cooker.
I’ve been a huge fan of the pressure cooker ever since The Chef and I bought one last year. In the beginning, we typically used it to quickly cook tougher cuts of meat such as beef short ribs … but as you can see from the recipe I created for FEAST, pressure cookers aren’t just for meat … my braised kale salad is a shining example of just how versatile a pressure cooker can be.
Looks good, right?
Well, then, head on over to FEAST to get the recipe and read more about my favorite kitchen gadget … and don’t forget to check out the other featured St. Louis food bloggers, who’ve all made drool-worthy recipes with their favorite kitchen gadgets too!
