Happy 4th of July, y’all!

We’re experiencing some unseasonably perfect weather here in St. Louis so I have no doubt that everyone in town is planning to fire up their grills and cook up some delicious food as we celebrate our Nation’s independence today … and that’s exactly what The Chef and I will be doing too!

Today’s menu?

A classic BBQ feast featuring some of my favorite local food producers!

Hot dogs and kielbasa links from Circle B Ranch
Buns from Bread Head Bakery
Marinated cucumber* and onion salad
Marinated tomato* and mozzarella salad
Oil and vinegar coleslaw with red and green cabbage*
{*Cucumber, tomato, and cabbage from Three Rivers Community Farm}
Grilled corn on the cob
Blueberry and raspberry galette
An assortment of tasty brews from Schlafly and Urban Chestnut

Sounds pretty great, right? I CAN’T WAIT!
