Let’s get started, shall we?
First up is my ultimate summer barbeque menu. Everything on this menu is made on the grill and with ingredients that scream summer. Lobster, corn, blueberries … oh my!
Now, as you’d expect, there are a few interesting nuggets thrown in as well. I adore the sweet and spicy duality of peppadew peppers … and when you stuff them with goat cheese and grill them, I want to eat them all. And while a grilled kale salad may sound — umm — unique to some, I think it fits perfectly here.
